The National Festival of the States is an annual concert series developed by Music Celebrations in various cities throughout the United States. In 2014, this unique concert series in Washington, D.C. will be part of the 70th Anniversary Commemoration of D-Day, and will serve as a musical tribute to America’s Greatest Generation.

D-Day 70 Concerts is the formal production of all musical performances to take place in 2014 memorializing this solemn anniversary.

Participating choirs, bands, and orchestras will represent their respective states and be recognized for their participation in this concert series. They will be featured in the most prestigious venues available with the greatest potential for audiences. Among many opportunities, music ensembles will be able to:

• Perform at the National World War II Memorial
• Perform for Military Veterans of Vietnam and World War II
• Attend a rehearsal and performance of a Military Music Organization
